Why Prefabrication Fails — And What AET Does About It

Our Process

  1. Share the design set, the specification, and any shop standards or fabrication constraints.
  2. AET builds or upgrades the model to fabrication level and coordinates it against structure and the other trades.
  3. Spools are broken, numbered, and mapped, then checked against the specification.
  4. You receive spool drawings, the spool map, and the fabrication BOM in your required formats.

Where a PE Stamp Applies

Fabrication deliverables produced for a contractor’s own shop use generally do not require a seal. When a stamped or sealed deliverable is required, AET provides it under its Professional Engineer licensure in New York, New Jersey, and Maine. Identify any stamp requirement at the outset so the deliverable is scoped correctly.
