HVAC Commissioning / Plan Development

I develop complete, project‑specific HVAC System Commissioning Plans based on the mechanical design documents, equipment schedules, and the Sequence of Operation (SOO). Every plan is written to support real‑world startup, testing, and turnover — not generic boilerplate.

With hands‑on experience commissioning new chiller plants, central HVAC systems, and complex mechanical infrastructure, I understand how these systems actually operate in the field. I served as the Cognizant Engineer for all HVAC systems and chiller plants at a major industrial site, where I routinely interpreted SOOs, validated control logic, and oversaw system startup and performance testing.
